Tim started BCS in 2015 and steadily earned a reputation as the most reliable and compassionate pet sitter in the area. If he says he’ll be there, he’ll be there.
When it comes to dog training, Tim only uses humane, positive-reinforcement methods based on the latest animal behavioral science and endorsed by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.
During busy seasons, Tim employs thoroughly vetted sitters and walkers. At this time, Tim provides all training services.

Tim took the time to come over, meet the pets and I could tell immediately that they were comfortable with him. I found Tim trustworthy, pleasant and professional. I’ve just returned from a business trip, and Tim took fantastic care of them with brilliant communication.
Tim was wonderful with my dog. He would text me to let me know how the walk went, and he always noticed if my older dog was sore or anxious. I appreciated that, especially in contrast to other, franchise services that simply fill out forms about your dog’s mood with smiley or unhappy faces.

Why should I choose BCS?

What kinds of animals do you have experience caring for?
We have many years of experience with all commonly domesticated animals, including livestock and reptiles.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We prefer cash but do accept payments by check and debit/credit card. Payment is due in full before services are rendered. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund minus the $60 booking deposit. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a fee of 5% or $35, whichever is greater. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
Unfortunately, prospective clients who fail to keep appointments and do not cancel ahead of time are a very common problem, and we’ve had to adopt a strict no-call/no-show policy as a result. In addition to the refund terms listed above, clients who fail to appear for scheduled meetings or training sessions and do not notify us in advance will forfeit the entire cost of services booked for that day. We understand this is a very uncompromising stance to take, and we regret having to take it, but “ghosting” is a rampant problem and it severely impacts our ability to provide great service. Please make every effort to contact us as far in advance as possible if you must change or cancel an appointment.
Why do you require a booking deposit?
Prior to implementing deposits, roughly 50% of prospective new clients did not keep their first appointments and did not give adequate notice to cancel. Not only is this frustrating for us, it causes problems for our other clients who are denied service because of no-call/no-shows.
In order to confirm an appointment with BCS, we require a $60 deposit, payable by credit or debit card. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice but will be forfeited if you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
